Terms and Conditions
Please note that times given for deliveries are approximate.
If you are planning to take time off work to accept a delivery please ensure that your appointment has been confirmed.
If you have been given an estimated time of delivery for orders, it should not be assumed that this is a confirmed booking for delivery.
In the event that you are unable to take delivery at the prescribed time, please ring the store on 0208 504 7500 soon as possible, to re-arrange a convenient time.
Before our arrival, please ensure that our delivery staff can safely transport the product into the designated room. We do our very best to deliver your appliances in perfect condition. Unfortunately on some occasions things may get damaged.
It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE MACHINES ARE INSPECTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. DO NOT SIGN THE DELIVERY NOTE UNTIL THE GOODS HAVE BEEN CHECKED THOROUGHLY.
Signing the delivery note as ‘unchecked’ or ‘unexamined’ is still an acceptance of the goods.
PLEASE REPORT ANY DAMAGES TO US BY PHONE IMMEDIATELY ON 0208 504 7500.
Naturally we are unable to accept liability for damages or errors if the goods have been installed, or you have had the appliances in your possession for more than 7 (seven) days.
If you wish to return an item that was not an error on our part, we will ask the manufacturer to accept a return. This can incur charges as high as 25% for transportation. We will always attempt to keep this charge to a minimum i.e. sufficient to cover costs. Special, custom-built appliances such as range cookers, American refrigeration and some cooker hoods are normally not returnable unless faulty.
